Job summary

This role requires US Citizenship, relevant experience, and readiness for 24×7 shift operations. The position involves ensuring network reliability across multiple locations and contributes to operational improvements through documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced monitoring and troubleshooting of network devices.
• Supports configuration tasks like interface changes and VLAN updates.
• Diagnoses and resolves network connectivity issues and escalates as necessary.
• Documents findings and contributes to operational recommendations.
