Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combo.
• Strong experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
• Ability to support 24×7 operations and rotating shifts.
• US Citizenship and US residence required.

Responsibilities

• Network Administration Performs advanced monitoring and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Supports network configuration tasks such as interface changes, VLAN updates, and routing adjustments.
• Advanced Troubleshooting Diagnoses and resolves complex network connectivity issues.
• Escalates unresolved issues to Level 3 and documents findings for improvements.
• Operational Reporting Provides network evaluation reports and contributes to NOC improvements.
• Documentation & Compliance Updates network configuration records and inventories.
• Knowledge Transfer Creates runbooks and guides for Level 1 analysts and provides training.
