Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is hiring a Production Associate 2 in Cary, NC. You will perform windows and doors assembly, operate hand tools, and help move materials through the plant with safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes adherence to defined production rates and quality standards. We value teamwork, problem solving, and attention to detail, with a focus on minimizing waste and delivering quality products on time.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions and decimals.
• Read and recognize basic words/numbers and follow instructions.
• Operate power tools safely and use PPE as required.
• Follow Standard Work instructions and maintain quality/CTQ requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support Employee Engagement activities and follow cleanup times.
• Work safely and follow policies while meeting defined rate expectations.
• Assist in training co-workers and maintain a respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties across the plant as directed by supervision.
