Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 2 at our Cary, NC facility to perform windows and doors assembly. You will work safely to produce a quality product, minimize waste, and maintain material flow across the plant, operating hand tools and lifting components.

You will support employee engagement, follow defined cleanup times, and work to defined production rates while maintaining a collaborative, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic words and numbers and visual cues.
• Operate power tools with dexterity, PPE and safety awareness.
• Follow Standard Work and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities and follow cleanup times.
• Work safely and follow defined work policies and procedures.
• Follow established rate as defined by customer demand and standard operations.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
