Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 1 to perform windows and doors assembly, ensuring a safe, quality product and timely delivery.

You will work with a sense of urgency, read tape measures, follow standard work, and may cross-train across departments; the role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and extended hours in a hot or cold environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to work in hot/cold environments and extended hours.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willing to cross-train across departments.
• Experience with safety protocols and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow established rate requirements.
• Support production flow and minimize waste.
• Assist with training co-workers.
• Participate in process improvement and standard work.
• Follow clean-up times and safety policies.
• Communicate issues and identify hazards.
