Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is seeking a Production Associate 2 to perform windows and doors assembly, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role involves tool use, material flow, and supporting continuous improvement; strong reading, math, and teamwork skills are needed. Training and cross-functional opportunities are available, with a demanding but rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read and recognize words/numbers and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of safety hazards, PPE and standard work procedures.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Capable of training others and working cross-functionally.
• Communicate effectively and actively listen.

Responsabilités

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Work to customer demand and standardized operations.
• Contribute to improving standard work for quality windows.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Assist with training co-workers.
• Support a safe and respectful workplace.
• Perform additional duties across the plant as directed.
