Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Associate for our manufacturing facility. The role involves fast-paced, physical work fabricating and producing component parts for final window assemblies.

Responsibilities include mass-producing units, handling materials, operating hand and power tools, and following both written and verbal instructions. The job requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with training on 1st-6th weeks and shift variations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in manufacturing and tape measure reading preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units through repetitive workstation operations.
• Assist window operations with delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials.
• Operate hand and power tools (saws, welders, routers).
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules; understand verbal and written instructions.
• Carry out fractional and decimal measurements with a tape measure.
• Operate machinery required for the job; provide on-the-job training to new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
