Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 2 for the 1st shift to assemble windows and doors. You will operate hand tools, lift and pack products, and maintain a safe, efficient flow of material to meet customer demand.

The role includes supporting training and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires reading a tape measure and basic math, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand long hours in a hot/cold plant.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Attention to detail and quality requirements in windows/doors assembly.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support a safe, efficient work flow.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities and follow clean-up times.
• Work safely and adhere to established rates per customer demand.
• Participate in defining and improving standard work to boost quality.
• Assist training of coworkers and support a respectful workplace.
