Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is hiring a Production Associate 2 to assemble windows and doors across the plant. You will help keep material flowing, follow standard work, and contribute to waste reduction while meeting customer demand.

This role requires reading tape measures, following safety rules, and working in a fast-paced environment. Expect regular hours with potential weekend shifts and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• Must read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic word/number cues.
• Proficiency with PPE and safety rules.
• Knowledge of measurement standards and tolerances.
• Ability to work in cross trained positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, and pack products.
• Support employee engagement activities and follow defined clean-up times.
• Work safely and follow established work practices and rate definitions.
• Identify issues and communicate problems.
• Assist training of co-workers and maintain a respectful workplace.
