Job summary

Speechify is seeking a senior Windows desktop app developer to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Speechify’s Windows product. You will shape cross-functional collaboration with product designers, QA, and engineers to build reliable, accessible software.

You will mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and drive the long-term technical direction of the Windows platform, ensuring high performance and maintainability across releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production Windows desktop apps
• Experience with accessibility features on Windows
• Strong knowledge of OOP and design patterns

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of Windows desktop apps
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development
• Drive accessibility efforts and ensure inclusive UI
