Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT professional to support NC3/JEMSO environments with 24x7 coverage. The role focuses on VM operation, system maintenance, and rapid escalation of issues while adhering to DISA STIG requirements and Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and participate in ongoing training and certification programs to advance mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Technical training or BS/BA with IT focus.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and networks.
• Security clearance requirement: Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation, configuration and maintenance of VMs and management consoles.
• Provide multi-disciplinary support for mission system services.
• Verify system performance after installations.
• Handle product/service issue resolution and upgrades.
• Support print services administration and troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved issues per procedures and propose alternatives.
• Maintain training and planning documentation and recovery tests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SLAs.
• Collaborate with team to deliver DoD customer support.
• Perform shift work to ensure 24x7 coverage.
