General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT professional to support critical DoW operations at Offutt AFB, NE. You will manage virtual machines, maintain system performance, and assist with lifecycle management for mission systems.

The role requires troubleshooting excellence, after-hours readiness, and the ability to work in a high-security environment with Top Secret/SCI eligibility for U.S. citizenship. Certifications such as ITIL 4 and Security+ are preferred.

Qualificações

• Requires Technical Training, Certification(s) or BS/BA.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technical concepts and stay current.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with after-hours support.
• Knowledge of DISA STIG requirements for Windows workstations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines and admin consoles.
• Provide multi-disciplinary support for mission systems services and connectivity across locations.
• Verify system performance after hardware and software installation.
• Handle service quality, upgrades and issue resolution.
• Support print services and diagnose escalated problems per procedures.
• Develop technical documentation and maintain training materials.
• Collaborate with team to deliver 24/7 DoW customer support.
• Perform shift work to ensure 24x7 coverage.
