Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Field Support Technician to assist a large healthcare system with Windows 11 migration across hospital and clinical environments. This hands‑on, customer‑facing role requires in‑person device upgrades and minimal user disruption.

You will provide Tier1–2 on‑site support, handle PCs, printers, and mobile devices, and collaborate with clinicians and leadership to deliver quality IT service in fast‑paced healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in Field Support, Service Desk, or IT Support in a large enterprise.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows10, macOS, Office 365, AD/Exchange, Citrix.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of desktops/laptops from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Perform device upgrades, validation testing, and post‑migration support.
• Troubleshoot OS, profile, security, authentication, and access issues.
