Job summary

Insight Global's healthcare client in New Jersey is upgrading 40,000+ devices to Windows 11. We seek a team of Technicians to deploy and test these devices across various sites statewide.

Role requires ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfort navigating Windows 11. Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel to medical offices; familiarity with Windows 11 OS, imaging, deploying & testing software, and basic VDI knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a vehicle and travel to sites statewide.
• Experience upgrading or deploying Windows OS across devices.
• Comfortable navigating Windows 11 and testing software.
• Experience troubleshooting basic hardware and software with end users.
• Familiar with basic VDI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and test devices across multiple sites in New Jersey.
• Imaging and validating Windows 11 deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
• Collaborate with IT teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
