This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $24.72-44.50 hourly + up to $600 in monthly bonuses. Base pay is determined by factors such as work experience, education, geographic location, and certifications. PURPOSE:

Renewal by Andersen seeks accomplished, driven, and motivated Lead Installers to enhance our customers' home upgrade experience. The Lead Installer manages window and door installations at a single site, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning for materials, confirming measurements, performing installations, and site shutdown. They also guide or train Installers following our guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• At least 5 years managing job sites and leading crews
• Ability to coach and mentor others
• Proven superior workmanship
• Availability to work during homeowner hours (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
