Purpose: Renewal by Andersen is seeking accomplished, driven, and motivated Lead Installers to enhance our customer's experience in home upgrades. The Lead Installer manages window and door installations at a single site, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning materials and resources, confirming measurements, performing installations, and properly shutting down the work site. They also provide guidance and training to Installers following Renewal by Andersen's standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• At least 5 years managing job sites and leading crews (preferred)
• Ability to coach and mentor installers
• Proven workmanship quality
• Availability to work during homeowner hours (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
