This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $24.72-44.50 hourly + up to $600 in monthly bonuses. PURPOSE:

Renewal by Andersen seeks accomplished, driven Lead Installers to enhance our customer's home upgrade experience. The Lead Installer manages window and door installations at a single site, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning materials, measuring windows and doors, performing installations, and site shutdown. They also guide and train Installers per company guidelines.

• Construction Aptitude: Handling variations in wall materials, structural changes, and unforeseen damage.
• Soft Skills: Building rapport with homeowners, explaining processes, answering questions, and encouraging reviews.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years managing job sites and leading crews
• Ability to mentor others
• Proven workmanship quality
• Availability during homeowner hours (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective communication skills
