Purpose:

We seek accomplished, driven Lead Installers to enhance our customers' home upgrade experience. Responsibilities include window and door installation, ensuring customer satisfaction, pre-arrival planning, measurement verification, performing installations, and site shutdown. Lead Installers also train and guide Installers following company guidelines.

Compensation:

This role offers commission plus base pay, with successful candidates earning approximately $22.25-$34.00 hourly + $192 weekly commission. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available. Compensation depends on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide specific details.
