PURPOSE:

We are seeking accomplished, driven Lead Installers to enhance our customers' home upgrade experience. Responsibilities include window and door installation, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning materials, verifying measurements, performing installations, and site shutdown. You will also provide guidance and training to other installers according to company guidelines.

This role offers commission plus base pay, with potential earnings of $24.72-44.50/hour + $192 weekly commission, and up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates. Compensation depends on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter can share specific details during hiring.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in window installation and remodeling
• At least 5 years managing jobs and leading crews
• Ability to mentor others
• Proven workmanship
• Availability between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
