Purpose:

We seek accomplished Lead Installers to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Responsibilities include window and door installation, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning materials, measuring, performing installations, and site shutdown. Provide training and guidance to Installers following company guidelines.

Compensation:

This role offers commission plus base pay, with successful candidates earning approximately $24.72-44.50/hour + $192/week commission. Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualified applicants. Compensation details vary based on experience, education, location, and certifications.

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in installing windows, proud of their craftsmanship, and dedicated to customer service. Must be able to work with homeowners, explain processes, and go the extra mile.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• Experience managing jobs and leading crews
• Ability to mentor others
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds
