Renewal by Andersen is seeking accomplished, driven, and motivated Lead Installers to enhance our customers' experience in home upgrades. The Lead Installer manages window and door installations at a single site, ensuring customer satisfaction, planning for materials and resources, verifying measurements, performing installations, and site shutdown. They also provide guidance and training to Installers following company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of window installation and remodeling experience (preferred)
• Experience managing job sites and leading crews (preferred)
• Ability to coach and mentor
• Proven workmanship quality
• Availability to work during homeowner hours (7 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective communication skills

• Self-motivated with good time management and independence
