Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables offers the TOP Wind Service Technicians program, an entry-level pathway with GWO training to perform safe wind turbine maintenance near home as part of a service team.

You will receive exclusive safety and technical training, work on a site near home, and advance through the Tech One Program with strong safety and teamwork. The role requires HS diploma, legal work status, background/drug checks, and the ability to climb towers.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Sky Climber does not provide sponsorships).
• High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver's license; pass motor vehicle record check.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; read/write/understand English; complete a climb preview before hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely; dismantle and assemble basic machinery and components.
• Accurately document all work performed; follow Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.
