Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is seeking a TOP Wind Service Technician Level 1 to join the TOP program. You will receive safety and technical training accredited through GWO and work at wind sites near home as part of a service team.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance on turbine generators, following established procedures, documenting work, and complying with health and safety standards. Training is provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must live within 1-hour commuting distance to job site
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment
• Accurately document all work performed
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures
