Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables, a Sky Climber company, is offering a TOP Wind Service Technician Level 1 position. The role centers on entry-level training, safety certification through GWO, and performing routine wind turbine maintenance at sites near home.

You will join a service team, report to the Program Manager and Site Manager, and advance within a structured development program. Eligibility includes a valid US work authorization and the ability to climb towers.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Sky Climber does not provide sponsorships).
• Must live within 1-hour commuting distance to job site unless relocating.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
