Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is seeking an entry-level Wind Technician through the TOP Wind Service Technicians development program. You will receive safety and technical training accredited by GWO and join a service team at a wind site near your home to perform maintenance on turbine equipment.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, competitive pay, and benefits. Successful candidates will complete climb previews and pass background/drug screenings, with opportunities to advance within the TOP

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Live within 1 hour commuting distance to job site.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.
