Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• One year of college or technical school certificate or related experience in wind industry is acceptable.
• Familiarity with maintenance/electrical testing equipment and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to climb towers up to 100 meters daily and lift up to 100 pounds; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wind turbine equipment and associated infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; perform repairs as per OEM specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance per OEM manuals and QA/QC duties.
• Read schematics; collect data and prepare reports for wind plant operations.
• Support construction/commissioning walks when needed.
