Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is launching the TOP Wind Service Technicians program to train entry-level wind technicians with exclusive safety and technical instruction accredited through the Global Wind Organization (GWO). The role focuses on working at wind sites near home as part of a service team to ensure safe, efficient turbine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Requires authorization to work in the United States; Sky Climber does not provide sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental, Health and Safety procedures.
• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades.
• Verify that work meets customer requirements.
• Document all work performed.
• Travel as required (up to 25%).
• Work at heights and in all weather conditions.
