Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables, a Sky Climber company, is launching TOP Wind Service Technicians in Missouri to begin a structured wind technician development program with hands-on site experience and GWO-certified training. The role leads to maintenance on turbine equipment with safety as the top priority.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Live within 1-hour commuting distance to the job site or plan relocation.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire.
• Associate’s degree or technical background in mechanical/wind energy preferred.
• Mechanical or electrical background is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely.
• Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.
• Accurately document all work performed and follow HSE procedures.
• Support travel up to 25% and work at height as required.
