Job summary

Deutsche Windtechnik AG in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager (Repower) to drive planning, budgeting, on-site execution and team leadership for wind repower projects. You will collaborate with technicians, engineers and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and performance across each turbine.

The role reports to the VP of Repower and requires strong PM skills, wind energy knowledge, and ability to manage large budgets and complex schedules. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or construction management.
• PMP certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
• 8+ years of project leadership experience with wind turbine repowering or large renewable projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead repower projects across planning, budgeting, on-site execution and team leadership.
• Mentor project managers and site leads; engage clients to define budgets and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resources, and maintain schedules with milestones.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure on-time completion and regulatory compliance.
