Job summary

GE Vernova's MWC Platform Systems Engineering team seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead execution of new wind turbine programs, including development, validation, and lifecycle management. You will manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class wind turbines across sourcing, manufacturing, projects, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of program management or renewable energy experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program schedule, budget, resources, and priority discussions for large NPI programs from concept to sunset.
• Coordinate deliverables and detailed schedules with Subsystem Program Managers and escalate critical-path activities.
• Provide cross-functional product leadership across Sourcing, Manufacturing, Projects, and Services.
• Facilitate issue resolution with Systems Engineer and Product Manager, incl. contingency planning.
• Lead risk communication and escalation, and manage change to the product bill of materials.
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes and independently execute external wind turbine projects.
