Responsibilities

• Plan and execute key programmatic elements of the BD process.
• Evaluate strategies to measure achievement of goals.
• Coach supervisors and managers in BD methods and tools.
• Oversee development planning for executives and emerging leaders.
• Provide consultative mentoring to business units.
• Plan short- and long-term BD planning and budgets.
• Prepare BD proposals and quotes; negotiate contracts.
