Job summary

TAKKION OPS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in the United States. You will build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with senior leadership to design and evaluate BD programs that align with organizational goals.

You will lead BD strategies, negotiate contracts, and supervise BD personnel while ensuring cross-functional collaboration across service lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers and cross-sell services.
• Manage BD strategies and processes.
• Assess BD needs of operating units.
• Lead design, development and implementation of BD programs and policies.
• Design and execute key programmatic elements of the BD process.
• Evaluate strategies and programs to measure goal achievement.
• Provide facilitation and coaching on BD methods and tools.
• Manage the individual development planning process for executives and leaders.
• Provide consultative services to business units regarding mentoring.
• Plan and lead short- and long-term BD planning.
• Prepare budgetary recommendations meeting departmental goals and resources.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals/quotes; negotiate contracts.
• Supervise a group of BD employees.
