EthosEnergy O&M is seeking an Operations Site Supervisor for its Minonk Wind Farm in Minonk, IL. This role provides direct oversight of the wind facility, supervising BOP operations and turbine equipment, with emphasis on HV equipment and substation tasks.

You will schedule maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety standards while driving revenue through efficient site management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience testing, analyzing, and maintaining PV inverter systems and DAS equipment.
• Experience with SCADA for monitoring and troubleshooting is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive insights.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations at a wind facility and manage Balance of Plant activities.
• Coordinate maintenance planning and outages to maximize availability and revenue.
• Liaise with vendors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage travel between sites (up to 25%).
