You will oversee recruiting, training, and performance management while coordinating with stakeholders to meet reliability, customer, and financial goals. This position supports a hybrid work model and strong energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in utility systems design, construction, operations, engineering or maintenance.
• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Technical expertise in standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Operational knowledge of work/asset management and reporting.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Proven results in achieving performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible safety leadership and drive a strong safety culture.
• Evaluate team performance and drive process improvements.
• Lead crew effectiveness, productivity, and barrier removal.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage employee performance.
• Build and maintain internal/external relationships to support Operations.
• Oversee compliance with policies, labor agreements, and regulatory standards.
