Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead technical teams at the Merricourt Wind site in Kulm, ND. You will oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety, coordinating with the operations manager and field technicians to optimize performance.

The role requires 5+ years as a Senior Technician or 3 years in a Lead Technician role, a valid driver’s license, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma; 5+ years as a Senior Technician or 3 years in a Lead Technician role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate motor vehicles.
• Advanced troubleshooting and understanding of site performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by overseeing daily maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate communications between field technicians and the operations manager.
• Coach less skilled team members and conduct QC assessments of work.
• Perform HV operations and switching at substations; supervise safety and quality.
• Assist with planning resources, inventory, and safety at the site.
