Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing safety-conscious team at the Sagamore Wind Farm. The role centers on safe, reliable, and compliant operations across multiple functions, with a focus on policy adherence and data-driven performance.

On-site Mon-Fri, with a hybrid work model available for eligible roles. You will recruit, develop, coach staff, manage resource forecasts, and ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met while driving

Qualifications

• Five+ years in design, construction, operations, or maintenance of utility systems or related fields.
• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and government/environmental regulations.
• Experience with analytics/reporting applications for asset management.
• Proven leadership and ability to communicate strategies to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Drive real-time safety accountability through meetings, audits, and training.
• Evaluate performance and drive process improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Lead crew effectiveness, manage resources, and remove barriers.
• Recruit, develop, and coach staff; manage performance and engagement.
