Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking an Operations Site Supervisor to oversee wind power generation facilities and lead daily operations on site. You will manage balance-of-plant activities, safety, reporting, and community engagement to ensure reliable performance.

The role requires experience in wind energy, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize asset value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance for wind farm assets and balance-of-plant.
• Interface with local communities to build rapport and represent the company.
• Manage O&M contracts and warranty/off-warranty activities.
• Monitor facility performance and KPIs; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate reporting and stakeholder communications (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Engage suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to maximize facility value.
