Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking an Operations Site Supervisor to oversee O&M activities for wind power facilities and lead daily ownership representation at the San Ygnacio site.

The role requires 5–7 years in wind energy, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely and efficiently. This is a full-time onsite position with opportunities for collaboration with engineering and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in wind energy.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software and database application.
• Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operations and maintenance activities for balance-of-plant assets within established operating guidelines for projects 100–400 megawatts in size.
• Interface with local communities to establish and maintain rapport.
• Oversee warranties and contracts for sites; manage turbine operations and maintenance for sites off-warranty.
