Job summary

EDF Renewable Energy, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair activities for wind assets, coordinating field technicians and the Operations Manager to meet safety and performance targets.

Responsibilities include leading technical teams, ensuring clear communication, managing schedules, and driving safety and continuous improvement while supporting budget and resource planning at the Merricourt wind site in Kulm, ND and surrounding operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Senior Technician or Lead Technician role (5 years / 3 years respectively).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in daily maintenance and repair to meet performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the operations manager and field technicians to align schedules and resources.
• Perform QC assessments and coach less experienced team members.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and oversee HV operations and substation work.
• Ensure proper preventive and corrective actions for installed technologies.
