Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field preferred.
• 5 years wind turbine experience with leadership.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HV switching/troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager in annual budgets and scheduling.
• Oversee site personnel, contractors, and repairs.
• Ensure safety on the power plant level.
• Prepare plant reporting and status updates.
• Travel 10–20% and participate in on-call duty.
