Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Regional Manager, Wind Operations to lead a regional portfolio of wind generation facilities, ensuring safe, reliable operations and strong safety culture across dispersed sites.

The role requires 8+ years in power generation or wind operations with proven leadership of multi-site teams, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Travel across the US/Canada is expected as part of operations leadership.

Qualifications

Engineering or related degree with eight+ years in power generation/wind ops.
Eight+ years leadership across multi-site wind assets.
Strong knowledge of safety, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, reliable operation of a regional wind portfolio and promote safety culture.
Provide coaching to Plant Managers and site leadership across dispersed operations.
Drive operational excellence through maintenance, outages, contractor management, and performance initiatives.
Manage operating budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor performance to meet objectives.
Partner with Engineering, Asset Management, Safety, Environment, Supply Chain to optimize asset reliability.
Support integration of new wind assets ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance.
Champion continuous improvement and major capital initiatives across the region.
