Nordex Group in the United States seeks an Operations Project Manager to support the development and delivery of clean power plants. You will lead the execution readiness process, coordinating Safety, Planning, Logistics, and Construction to ensure readiness and smooth handover to the Construction team.

The role requires strong project planning, cost awareness, and excellent communication skills. A driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Competenze

• 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with the full life cycle of power projects and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proven project planning experience.
• Understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Driving is an essential function; valid driver’s license and insurability.

Mansioni

• Coordinate primary departments in the value chain: Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction, Commissioning.
• Update the project execution readiness template weekly with deadlines and progress; manage alarms.
• Maintain weekly/monthly execution readiness KPIs dashboard.
• Perform Execution Readiness tasks for Construction team until site team is identified.
• Serve as link between PMEPC and Nacelles and Blades GLFs; coordinate readiness with PCT department.
• Provide offsite support to projects in execution as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
