Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Willow Analyst II to support Epic Willow Inpatient in a national US capacity. You will troubleshoot, analyze workflows, build and test configurations, and manage multiple client projects while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Strong communication and ITIL-aligned change control are essential. Responsibilities include handling tickets, documenting incidents, and collaborating with Application Advisors to escalate issues appropriately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years industry experience.
• Epic Willow Inpatient certification.
• 1+ year of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity and stability of EHR Willow applications for Nordic’s customers.
• Perform analysis of workflows, system setup, and participate in system upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple client assignments and document incidents while meeting SLAs.
• Provide outstanding customer service to IT and operations staff and end-users.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and adhere to change control policies.
