Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking a Willow Analyst to provide primary support for the Epic Willow Application. You will coordinate issues within your application area and act as a liaison between the technical staff and clinical and business customers.

You must have 3+ years of related experience, working knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory requirements, and Epic certification in the area of support or be willing to obtain it within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Three years of related experience.
• Epic certification in the area of support preferred; if not current, certification must be achieved within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate issues for the Epic Willow Application within the assigned area.
• Serve as a liaison between technical staff and a wide range of customers.
• Upscale capabilities to resolve issues as needed; perform duties outside the defined job description when required.
