Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Senior Application Advisor to support Epic Willow Inpatient and other EHR modules. You will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze requests, and coordinate with clients to ensure system stability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality service. You will participate in onboarding, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts while

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Epic Willow Inpatient certification.
• 3+ years in implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and ensure integrity and stability of EHR applications.
• Analyze system requests and translate into detailed specifications.
• Lead system upgrades and testing; manage change impacts.
• Maintain documentation and meet SLAs in ticketing systems.
• Support multiple clients and projects with minimal oversight.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and mentor juniors.
