Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Application Analyst III to design and build Willow workflows, manage configurations, and support operations. The role includes testing, documentation, and on-call support through go-live and maintenance.

The position emphasizes collaboration with IT&S Pharmacy Services, training teams, and operations to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing system optimization in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; Associate degree with relevant experience accepted.
• Experience with application design/build and change management is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Epic healthcare software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the designated Willow application workflows and configurations.
• Provide go-live and on-call support for the application post-launch.
• Develop and execute test scripts; document outcomes and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate with operations, training, and governance for builds and updates.
• Maintain version control, change readiness documentation, and tickets.
• Support incident resolution and mentor junior analysts.
