Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Systems Application Analyst III (Willow) to join our remote team in the US. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining healthcare technology solutions while coordinating migrations, trainings, and end-user support.

Strong technical expertise with healthcare application workflows and cross-functional collaboration is required. Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification and a related degree are essential for this Direct Hire,

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant application support experience.
Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, implement, and maintain healthcare technology solutions.
Coordinate system migrations, training activities, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Mentor team members on application design, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, and best practices.
