You will work with Operations, Informatics and training teams to ensure systems support clinical and business workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
• Applicable application certification, either currently held or obtained as required for the assigned application.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, implement and maintain assigned healthcare applications.
• Troubleshoot customer workflow, system and build issues and identify solutions.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate with Operations, Informatics and training teams to align builds with needs.
• Manage support tickets from research through resolution and communicate updates.
