Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Application System Analyst III, Epic Willow Ambulatory for an enterprise level healthcare system in Maryland. This role joins an outpatient pharmacy applications team to provide advanced Willow support focused on production support, maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements rather than new implementation work.

The ideal candidate is a certified Willow Ambulatory analyst who can independently tackle complex issues, partner with pharmacy

Qualifications

Certified Willow Ambulatory analyst or equivalent certification.
Experience providing advanced Epic Willow support in a healthcare environment.
Ability to collaborate with pharmacy stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced support and maintenance for Epic Willow Ambulatory and related pharmacy apps.
Troubleshoot complex Willow application/workflow issues independently.
Manage high volume optimization requests, enhancements, testing, and changes.
Analyze pharmacy operational needs and propose app/workflow solutions.
Perform application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Support Willow Inventory and outpatient pharmacy workflows.
Support third-party pharmacy apps, integrations, automation, and robotics.
Lead meetings with end users and stakeholders; collaborate across teams.
Share Willow expertise and best practices within the team.
