Insight Global is seeking an experienced Application System Analyst III, Epic Willow Ambulatory for an enterprise level healthcare system in Maryland. This role joins an outpatient pharmacy applications team to provide advanced Willow support focused on production support, maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements rather than new implementation work.

The ideal candidate is a certified Willow Ambulatory analyst who can independently tackle complex issues, partner with pharmacy

Competenze

• Certified Willow Ambulatory analyst or equivalent certification.
• Experience providing advanced Epic Willow support in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to collaborate with pharmacy stakeholders and IT teams.

• Facilitate meetings with end users and operational stakeholders
• Collaborate across Epic application teams, pharmacy operations, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Share Willow expertise and best practices across the team
